No. Booking, tracking and updates all work in your phone's browser. You can add CuciBros to your home screen if you like.
We're launching in selected condominiums around Petaling Jaya, each paired with a nearby laundry partner. Join the waitlist and tell us your condo — we'll let you know as soon as we open there.
You pay per bag: Small (up to 5kg), Standard (up to 7kg) or Family (up to 10kg). Your bag is weighed at the laundry; anything over the limit is RM3/kg, and we tell you before delivery.
At launch you'll pay by DuitNow QR or bank transfer once your laundry has been weighed. Card and online banking payments are coming soon.
Leave your bag at your condo's lobby or guardhouse and add a note in your booking — your rider will collect it from there.
